Flamingo lady

Hello again !

I’m taking you to a sunshine in a Thai beach, Kho Yao Noi island to be precised !

We spent 10 days there in February and as you can imagine this was the perfect opportunity to buy new swimsuits. I have to admit I feel more confortable with a one piece suit than a bikini sometime. When I saw this one at Primark I couldn’t resist it ! Flamingo are my new obsession. I made a cute dress for my niece with a pink flamingo so this swimsuit makes me think of her and her happy face when she saw the dress.

As you can see I take my knitting even to the beach ! We had so much time to enjoy ourselves there that I could knit, read and relax all day long. I made a very warm and cosy light pink sweater, the first sweater I ever made. It turned out it was matchy-matchy with my swimsuit that day ! I planned to wear this sweater on my next trip to Italy, I can’t wait to show it to you !

I customized my basket to be special for this trip with yarn and I plan on doing a special customization for each of my trip but with the same basket.

Because I usually have time to do my hair in a more fancy way when I’m on holidays, I used my hair clip extensions to make this side braid, it gives it much more texture and thickness than my natural hair.

Comme vous pouvez l’imaginer ce voyage était un très bon prétexte pour acheter un nouveau maillot de bain ! Et comment ne pas résister à ce maillot flamant-roses déniché à Primark pour £12 !

Comme vous pouvez voir le tricot ne me quitte jamais même à la playa ! Je faisais mon futur pull pour aller à Venise, mon tout premier pull, qui a pris pas mal de temps mais dont je suis très fière. Je vous le montre bientôt !

Cette plage, les cours de yoga le matin, le tricot l’après midi, que demander de plus !

Mon panier est handmade of course, fait à partir d’un panier trouvé sur Amazon et customisé avec un tricotin. J’ai décidé d’en faire un panier éphémère, customisé au fil de mes voyages. Vous verrez dans mes prochains articles !

Pour ce qui est de la coiffure, je n’ai d’habitude pas le temps de faire des choses très élaborée, mais là nous étions en vacances, et j’ai utilisé mes extensions pour faire une tresse épaisse, si seulement mes cheveux étaient aussi épais et longs !
